The air shaft clamper is a clamp that instantly fixes slide shafts and rotating shafts using air operation. It is ideal for frequently adjusting positions or fixing multiple locations that require adjustments due to setup changes, as well as for securing hard-to-reach areas. By replacing the fixing work done with levers or bolts with the air shaft clamper, you can reduce work time and improve productivity. We have now added a low-pressure specification that can be used at a lower air pressure (0.3MPa and above) than before, as well as a sensor-compatible specification that can detect the completion of clamping when combined with sensors.

Round Shaft Clamping Device "FRE"

The main body is made of steel with a black finish of iron(III) oxide coating! A dedicated wrench is also provided.

The "FRE" is a steel embedded type round shaft clamp. It is embedded inside the product to secure a single shaft, and by tightening a hex socket bolt, it clamps the round shaft. There is a dedicated wrench that combines a hex wrench and a male thread.
